As a UX/UI Designer at Fifth Third Bank, I was responsible for leading the end-to-end design of mobile and web banking experiences focused on usability, accessibility, and visual clarity. My work included creating wireframes, building high-fidelity interfaces, and developing interactive prototypes to support user flows across key financial features. Collaborating with product managers and engineering teams, I contributed to the enhancement of design systems, conducted user research and usability testing, and participated in iterative design reviews to refine functionality and improve overall customer engagement and digital banking performance.
Tata Motors
UX/UI - Digital Product Designer [July 2022- Jan 2024]
As a UX/UI Designer at Tata Motors, I was responsible for designing user-friendly digital interfaces that supported both consumer-facing platforms and internal operational tools.
